1 . Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years of age or have obtained parental consent to use our app.
My Daily Workout App is aimed exclusively at consumers. The legal definition of a consumer is any natural person who carries out a legal transaction for reasons that cannot be attributed to his/her independent commercial or professional activity. You may not use My Daily Workout App for commercial purposes of any kind.
2. Account Information and Password
You are responsible for keeping your account information and password secure. You are solely responsible for any actions taken through your account.
3. Prohibited Activities
You are prohibited from using our app for any illegal activities or harassing other users. You are also prohibited from uploading inappropriate content, including but not limited to content that is discriminatory, violent, or sexually explicit.
If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie includes no personal data and simply indicates the post ID of the article you just edited. It expires after 1 day.
4. User-Generated Content
You are responsible for any content you upload or post on our app. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates our community guidelines. By posting or uploading content on our app, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sub-licensable, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform and display such content in any form, media or technology.
5. Payment Terms
Our app may charge a fee for certain features. You agree to pay any subscription fees or other charges incurred through your use of our app. We reserve the right to modify or change our fee structure at any time, with or without notice.
We reserve the right to claim late payments.
